About Us

Our League

The QWNHL is a year round (Sept- March: Winter and April-Aug: Summer) league that plays at the Quad Pad (Mohawk 4 Pad) Arena in Hamilton. We are a no-nonsense, non-aggressive league set up for average and lower level players  35 years of age and over.
